Refund Policy

1. No Way Out will not offer any refunds after a booking has been confirmed. Any customer not attending the venue will be charged with the full amount due.
2. A booking is considered confirmed once the customer has paid the amount due.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; no full or partial refund for online or office payments.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. Make sure you have ample time to allow for traffic and parking. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Since your ticket reserves the room for one hour, in case you show up late, your game time will be decreased. If the rest of your group arrives on time, they will be allowed to start without you.
